摘要
目的建立八极杆碰撞池电感耦合等离子体质谱(ORS-ICP-MS)同时测定尿中56种元素的方法。方法尿样经2%硝酸稀释10倍后,用0.1%的乙醇作基体匹配剂,用八极杆碰撞池电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铅、砷、汞、镉、铬等56种元素含量。结果各元素的检出限为0.001μg/L^0.200μg/L;线性良好,56种元素的相关系数均>0.999,样品加标回收率为85%~105%,相对标准偏差<5%。对尿中有毒元素标准物质进行了分析,测定结果均在标准值参考范围内。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏,精密度及准确度均符合要求,结果令人满意,适用于突发公共卫生事件和临床大批尿液样本中多种元素测定的需求。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 56 elements in urine by octopole reaction sysem inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ORS-ICP-MS). Methods Urine was diluted 10 times with 2% HNO3,and then 56 kinds of elements such as lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,chromium,etc were determined by ORS-ICP-MS with0. 1% ethyl alcohol as matrix matching agent. Results The detection limit of each element was between 0. 001 μg / L-0. 200 μg / L; the linear relationship was good; the correlation coefficients for all the target elements were above 0. 999. The additive recovery rates of the samples were 85%-105%; the relative standard deviations were less than 5%. The standard substance of toxic elements in urine was analyzed,and the results were in the reference range of the standard value. Conclusion The method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and reliable and could applied to the analysis of sample with satisfactory results. It's suitable for simultaneous determination of multi-elements in urine of the sudden public health event and in a large number of clinical urine samples.
