摘要
采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法对葡萄酒中的总砷含量进行测定。酒样经过H2O2加HNO3湿式消化后,在12%(V/V)HCl3、.5%(m/V)KBH4和氩气流速为400ml/min的优化实验条件下,对总砷含量的测定。结果显示:被调查的葡萄酒中的总砷含量均小于世界卫生组织规定的饮用水的最高砷允许限量50μg/L。该方法具有良好的精密度和准确度,加标回收率为96.79%±3.30%(n=9)。
The determination of arsenic contents in some Chinese favorite wines using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The optimum conditions selected were 12% HCl, 3.5 % KBH4 and with the argon flow rate at 400ml/min respectively to determine total arsenic contents in different brands of wine and beer after samples wet digestion by H2O2 and HNO3. The concentration of arsenic in the wines that were investigated were found to be below 50μg/L, the maximum arsenic permissible limit in drinking water recommended by WHO.
