摘要
教师职业的专业性从根本上说源自直接指向人的身心发展而履行教育教学职责的特殊性。然而,我们必须清楚地看到,在整个教育系统中,幼儿园教师作为面对年幼孩童而履行早期启蒙教育之职责的职业角色,与供职于其他年龄阶段教育的教师相比,其实是最能全面地涵盖和集中地凝聚教育这一特定职业的专业性特质的。基于学前教育的基本规律和教师职业的特殊性,幼儿园教师专业性特质的发生与发展一定是根基于面对童年及其生命成长的足够敬畏与顺应。
As a kind of occupation, the teacher's professional attributes arise from its education teaching activity for the development of people. We must have a clear understanding of the fact that preschool teachers carry professional characteristics wholly in the entire educational system. Based on the basic rules of preschool education and the particularity of teacher career, the emergence and development of professional attributes of preschool teachers are fundamentally rooted in their respect and adapting to young children's specific characteristics and growth rules.
