摘要
目的分析重组人B型利钠肽治疗慢性心力衰竭急性发作失代偿期(DAACHF)的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的64例DAACHF患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组32例。对照组患者行抗心衰常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上行重组人B型利钠肽治疗。检测并对比分析2组患者治疗前后的心功能指标和生化指标,并观察2组患者不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组LVEDD、LVESD均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LVEF、LVSF均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清Cys C、NT-pro BNP和血浆TGF-β均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应的总发生率为21.89%,对照组为15.64%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在抗心衰常规治疗的基础上辅助重组人B型利钠肽治疗能有效提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To analysis human recombinant b-type natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure in acute decompensated period（ DAACHF） of clinical efficacy. Methods 64 patients with DAACHF admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group（32 cases）and control group（32 cases）. Control group were treated with heart failure patients with routine;observation group were treated with human recombinantβ-type natriuretic peptide. Before and after treatment, two groups cardiac function index and biochemical index were detected,and adverse reactions were observed. Results After treatment, the observation group＆#39;s LVEDD, LVESD were lower than the control group（P＆lt;0. 05）, LVEF, LVSF were higher than the control group（P ＆lt;0. 05）. Observation group＆#39;s serum CysC, NT-proBNP and plasma TGF-β were lower than the control group（P ＆lt;0. 05）. Treatment the total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 21. 89%, the control group was 15. 64%, there was no statistically significant difference （ P〉0. 05 ） . Conclusion Combined with recoubinant human β type natriaretic peotide therapy can oftectinely improve the clinical treatment eflect of DAACHF on the basis of conventional therapy on heart failare.
