曲美他嗪治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的临床价值探讨 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭的临床价值。方法选取我院2010年5月—2013年2月收治的风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予一般常规治疗,观察组在一般常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪佐治疗。治疗3个月后,评价两组患者的疗效。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率62.5%,观察组为92.5%。观察组临床疗效有与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后心功能分级和左室射血分数(LVEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是治疗后观察组患者的心功能分级和LVEF均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
