摘要
采用负载钛催化剂、以环己烷为溶剂利用溶液法成功合成出反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)。在单体浓度为4mol/L、负载钛催化剂的条件下,通过一系列实验,探索出了聚合的最佳Al/Ti物质的量比和Ti/IP物质的量比。真空干燥TPI,称重计算催化效率和单体转化率。运用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振(NMR)对产物结构进行表征,确定产物为反式-1,4-结构,其反式质量分数高于98%。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)确定了熔点和结晶度。通过特性黏度和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)的测定,得到了TPI的黏均相对分子质量、数均相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布。通过对TPI纯胶、TPI和天然橡胶(NR)混炼胶力学性能的测定比较,研究TPI对NR物理机械性能的影响。
Trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)was synthesized by solution polymerization with the supported titanium catalyst and cyclohexane.The important factors in the reaction course were studied in details.Under the conditions:the monomer concentration is at 4mol/L and Ti content of 5.4%,through a series of experiments,we explored the best Al/Ti(molar ratio)and Ti/IP(molar ratio).The trans structure content was higher than 98%as checked by FTIR and NMR.The crystallinity and melting point of TPI were measured by DSC.By the intrinsic viscosity and GPC,we obtained viscosityaverage molecular weight,the number-average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution.The mechanical properties of pure TPI and TPI/NR were measured and studied the impacted of TPI on the mechanical properties of NR.
