长期来杜仲胶只能当塑料使用.作者指出,通过控制临界交联度,可将杜仲腔制成弹性橡胶,这一结果直接与杜仲胶硫化过程三阶段的发现有关.这种硫化橡胶具有优良的动态拉伸疲劳性能,高定伸应力及高的硬度,它的高弹性不能用经典的建立在无规线团分子模型基础上的熵弹性解释,而是由于分布在整个交联网络上的各交联点桥键的各向同性构象记忆。
Gutta-Percha has been only used as plastics for a long time. The author states by means of controllong the critical crosslink density one can get the high elastic vulcanizate form Gutta-Percha and this result depends directly upon the discovery of three stages of vulcanizing process of Gutta-Percha. This vulcanizate has the excellent dynamic fatique performance, high stress at 300% elongation and high hardness those are important properties for tire industry, its elasticity can not be explained by using the entropy elasticity on the basis of the random-coil molecule model, it is coming from the isotropic conformation memory of the bridge bonds of crosslink junctions distributed over the whole network.
