摘要
B阶段杜仲胶是一种交联度控制在一定范围,室温下可结晶,加热后具有热弹性,从而具有形状记忆功能的材料.本文较系统地报导了硫磺及促进剂对B阶段杜仲胶力学性能(屈服强度、模量、抗拉强变及断裂仲长率)及热刺激变形温度的影响。结合DSC分析,找到了交联度、热刺激变形温度及DSC熔融转变温度间的对应关系.
B-stage Gutta-Percha that its crosslink density is controlled in a certain range is a shape-memory material because of its crystallization at room temperature and its elastic deformation after heating. This paper systematically reports the effects of S and accelerator on mechanical properties(yield strength and elongation at break)and the thermostimulation deformation temperature of B-stage Gutta-Percha. Combining with DSC result the relationship between the crosslink density, ther mostimulation temperature and DSC melt transition is found.
