教育人类学视域下高校辅导员与大学生信任关系的构建 被引量:3

On Constructing Trusty Relationship between Students' Counselors and Students in Perspective of Educational Anthropology

摘要 师生信任是做好辅导员工作的前提和基础,然而辅导员现有的思想政治教育能力、人格魅力以及学校、社区文化对辅导员职业价值的认识偏差与大学生发展需要之间存在着不小的差距,进而导致大学生对辅导员的信任危机,最终影响大学生思想政治教育的实效性。为此,辅导员可以通过班级建设中师生主体间互动、良好的人格培养以及学校、社会良好文化的构建来促进辅导员与大学生信任关系的健康发展。 Teacher -student trust is a basis for students' counselors to do their work well. However, there are differences in their ideological educational ability and personality fascination. And there exists a gap between colleges and community culture in the cognitive deviation of the professional value of coun- selors and the need of students' development, furthering the crisis of students' trust^in counselors and influencing the actual effects of students' ideological education. Therefore, it is advisable for the counselors to promote healthy development of trusty relationship between counselors and students through class construction of the trusty relationship between them and the students in the action of interaction, good personality nurturing, and constructing colleges and community cultures, so as to promote the healthy development of the relationship between counselors and students.
