摘要
在古代都城考古当中，城门遗址的大量发现与发掘，为研究古代城门形制提供了丰富的资料。城门制度涉及城门的类型、等级、形制、门阙、门道、城门管理等方面。学者曾对古代门阙遗址、隋唐两京城门类型、唐长安城城门管理制度进行过研究，或对唐代城门进行复原研究。
This paper discussed the evolution process of the forms of the gateways of the capital city gates from the Three-Dynasties Period （the pre-Qin historical period） to the Sui and Tang Dynasties. The paper consists of four parts. 1. Comprehensively trimming the discov- eries of the gates of the capital cities from the pre-Qin period through the Sui and Tang Dy- nasties and elucidating the developing procedure from single-way gates to multi-way gates.
