摘要
环境监测部门急需制订一套可以有序处理环境监测数据、信息化分析环境质量检测的方案。鉴于此,要将传统的环境监测方法与信息技术网络化联系起来,高效地处理监测数据,并提高信息资源的开发利用水平。
The environmental monitoring department urgently needs to develop a set of environmental monitoring data, information analysis of environmental quality detection. In view of this, the traditional environmental monitoring method and the information technology network connection, the high efficiency processing the monitoring data, and improve the information resources development and utilization level.
