摘要
：海洋是全球生命支持系统的重要组成部分。海洋资源环境信息系统是进行海洋资源开发和海洋环境管理的有力工具。在过去的十几年中，无论是发达国家还是发展中国家都进行了大量的研究工作，建立了数十个海洋资源环境信息系统。这些系统在区域可 持续发展的决策制定中发挥着重要的作用。随着 Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ、超级计算机、全球定位系统以及遥感的广泛应用，高性能的海洋资源环境信息系统将得到更快的发展。本文通过对海洋资源环境信息系统的特点和国内外研究现状的分析，探讨了网络时代海洋资源环境信息系统的发展趋势。
The ocean is the most important part on Earth. The in depth research on ocean will help us understanding the global natural resources and environmental change as well as realization of sustainable regional development. Marine Information Systems are the most powerful tools for helping people to develop marine natural resources and to manage the marine environment. During the last ten years, several Marine Information Systems have been established in the developed countries, as well as developing countries. These systems play an important role in decision making for sustainable regional development. With rapid expansion of users Internet, Super Computer, Global Positional System and Remote Sensing, high capability Marine Information Systems will be developed rapidly and can be used widely in China. In this paper, not only the hot spots of the ocean research are presented but also the Marine Information Systems' founding is analyzed. The paper then introduces the world Network of Marine Observation System and their main achievements. Facing the information age, the Marine Information Systems should also absorb the artificial intelligence technology and virtual reality technology to serve as a Decision Making Support System and Export System for the ocean study and development.
