摘要
生物统计学是食品专业重要的必修课程。本文从教学内容、教学模式、考核方式、实践教学、培养学习兴趣等方面对该课程的改革进行了一些尝试和探索,并提出了自己的见解,以培养学生自主学习和实践能力,提高教学质量。
Biostatistics is an important compulsory course in food science specialty. There were some attempts and exploration on reform of the course in teaching content, teaching patterns, assessment methods, practice teaching and training learning interests in this paper. And the viewpoints were put forward to develop self-studying and practice ability of students in order to improve the teaching quality.
