摘要
食品生物化学作为一门食品专业必修的基础课程,对于学生以后的专业课学习、科研甚至就业都大有裨益。然而,由于知识点太多,学习难记忆、难理解,导致很多学生缺乏学习的积极性和主动性。有鉴于此,笔者针对食品生物化学教学过程中存在的难点,以教学目标为导向,从教学方法、教学手段、教学实践和考核体系等方面进行了教学改革和调整,以期提高食品生物化学课程的教学质量。
Food biochemistry,as a professional compulsory basic course for students of food specialty,was very important for the students' further course study,the further research and even their employment. However,because the knowledge was too much,it was difficult to remember and to understand,which result in many students' lack of enthusiasm and initiative in learning. With that, in connection with the difficulties existing in the teaching of food biochemistry,some teaching reforms were explored from the respect of teaching targets,teaching methods,teaching materials,teaching practice and evaluation system,so as to improve the teaching quality of food biochemistry.
