摘要
以沈阳某高校办公楼为研究对象,利用De ST能耗模拟软件研究既有办公建筑围护结构热工性能,分析不同通风条件下办公建筑的能耗变化情况以及通风对建筑能耗的节能效果.结果表明:夜间通风比白天通风和不通风方案更节能,且高层节能效果较底层更明显,西、南朝向办公室节能效果较其他朝向更明显.因此,在夏季应加强高层和西、南朝向办公室的夜间通风,以减少建筑能耗.
Taking the office buildings of a college in Shenyang as the research object, the research analyzes the thermal performance of existing office building envelope, energy consumption change and energy-saving effect under different ventilations by applying DeST energy consumption simulation software. The results show that night ventilation is more energy-efficient than day ventilation and non-ventilation; energy-saving effect of high layer is more energy-efficient than that of low layer; energy-saving effect of office towards south and west is more energy-efficient than those of the other orientations. Therefore, strengthened ventilation in summer for high layer and offices towards south and west can effectively reduce building energy consumption.
