摘要
用建筑能耗模拟软件equest对成都地区某办公楼进行了全年能耗模拟。比较了河水源热泵及多联机两种空调方案的能耗及经济性。结果表明,尽管河水源热泵系统初投资高,但其能耗更低,经济性更高。
Annual energy simulation for an office building in Chengdu was conducted with building energy simulation software equest. Comparison between river water source heat pump and multiple-split air conditioning system in terms of their energy consumption and cost-efficiency was also made. The result indicates that in spite of the high cost of initial investment of river water source heat pump, it has lower consumption and is more economical.
