摘要
研究了在柠檬汁辅助雪梨汁的作用下,以原人参二醇组(PPD)皂苷为原料,通过酸水解制备稀有人参皂苷Rg3的工艺,分别探索了柠檬汁与雪梨汁的配比、原料体积比、反应温度、反应时间对制备人参皂苷Rg3的影响,并通过高效液相色谱进行了定量分析.结果表明:当原人参二醇组皂苷水溶液质量浓度为10 mg·m L-1,柠檬汁与雪梨汁的配比为10∶90,PPD皂苷与果汁的体积比为1∶1.4,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为4.5 h时,Rg3产率为76.00%.
Ginseng saponins is the active ingredient of ginseng, which has the function of inhibiting tumor cells, anti-ageing, lowering blood pressure, enhancing the body immunity and so on. The present study was to examine the optimal process of the ginsenoside Rg3 preparation catalyzed by snow pear-lemon juice,while the protopanaxadiol (PPD) saponine was used as raw material. The effects of the ratio of snow pear juice to lemon juice, volume ratio of material to juice, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of ginsenoside Rg3 were investigated and the products were quantified by HPLC. The results showed that the optimized reaction conditions were as follows: the PPD's concentration of 10 mg mL1, the ratio of snow pear juice to lemon juice of 10:90 ,the volume ratio of PPD saponines to fruit juice of 1:1.4 ,the reaction temperature of 90 ℃, the reaction time of 4.5 h,, under which the yield of ginsenoside Rg3 was up to 76.00%.
