摘要
本文以美国CRS建筑策划理论为依据,以同济新村居住实态调查为基础,分析了同济新村在城市老龄化大背景下存在的诸多问题;同时,运用CRS建筑策划的问题找寻法,提出适老性改造应关注的问题。对城市旧住区配套公建设施、居住环境设施、建筑套内的适老性改造等方面提出应对策略和措施,并对未来的发展作了展望和预测。
In this paper, based on the American CRS architectural programming theory. By living state investigation about Tongji New Community, itanalyzes the problems of the aging background presence; at the same time, the use of CRS architectural programming problem searching method is proposed to be suitable for the transformation of the aged concerns. Making adaptation transformation for the aged should concern the supporting public facilities, living environment and facilities, Interior transformation. And future development prospects and forecasts were made.
