摘要
居民参与更新是城市旧住区可持续发展的基础 ,而“更新动力”又是衡量居民参与更新的积极性和可行性的重要标准。运用城市规划学与经济学相结合的研究方法 ,探讨了建构更新动力量化模型的基本框架。提出了我国亟待建立定量、动态的城市旧住区更新动力监测系统 ,为旧住区更新途径的选择提供科学依据 ;调整旧住区更新规划方法 ,开展以“改善更新动力”
Sustainable development relies on resident's participation and renewal of old urban housing area. While the renewal impetus is from feasibility study and initiative of residents. This paper discusses the basic framework about the quantitative pattern of the renewal impetus with the methods of urban planning and economics and put forward a dynamic system to supervise it. Besides, the methods of renewal planning and community planning improving renewal impetus should be further readjusted and conducted.
