摘要
目的:考察糖槭果中多糖的最佳闪式提取工艺。方法:利用闪式提取法提取多糖,苯酚硫酸法进行含量测定,以糖槭果多糖的得率为指标,以提取时间、提取电压、料液比为主要考察因素,正交试验法筛选闪式提取糖槭果多糖的最佳工艺,与传统煎煮法比较多糖的提取率。结果:当提取电机电压225 V,料液比1:25,提取时间90 s,糖槭果多糖的提取率为19.92%,且提取率高于传统煎煮法的17.99%。结论:闪式提取法可以明显提高糖槭果多糖的提取率,该方法方便、快捷和高效。
Objective:To optimize homogenate extracting process of Acer saccharum Marsh fruit polysaccharide(ASFP). Methods:By taking the extraction ratio of ASFP as evaluation parameter,the total carbohydrate content was determined according to the phenol-sulphuric acid method,considering the the motor voltage,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio as affecting factors,the homogenate extracting process of ASFP was optimized by orthogonal design. The homogenate extracting process was compared with the method of traditional decocting extraction. Results:The optimum condition was achieved when extraction voltage was 225 V,solid to liquid ratio(g/m L)was 1∶25 and extraction time was 90 s,the extraction rate of total ASFP is 19.92% and higher than the traditional decocting method. Conclusion:The homogenate extraction was feasible and reliable for extracting polysaccharide from Acer saccharum Marsh fruit. It is a better and more efficient method than traditional decocting extraction.
