摘要
为培养适应时代发展和国际大环境的食品专业国际化人才,提出食品专业人才的培养目标以及达到毕业时所应具备的知识结构和能力结构,并从大学英语教学改革、食品专业英语教学改革以及国际教改班的设立等方面探讨食品专业的国际化人才培养模式。
To cultivate the internationalized food science professionals which can adapt to the rapid developing international environment. This article presents the teaching objectives of knowledge and ability structure requirement for internationally professional talents of food major,and discusses the training mode for internationalized talents of food science through college English teaching reform,professional English teaching(ESP) reform of students majored in food science and the establishment of international teaching program.
