摘要
与美国的高校相比,我国高校在师资国际化方面存在较大的差距,原因在于部分高校对师资国际化趋势认识不清、师资管理的自主权不够、国际交往的渠道不畅以及高校可利用资源不多。为此,教育主管部门要保证高校的用人自主权,高校要改变观念提高认识,制定灵活的人才引进政策,加大培养和引进的力度,拓宽师资国际交流培养的渠道,还要创新机制、优化高校用人环境。
TCompared with American universities,Chinese universities lag far behind as regards faculty-in- ternationalization.The reasons are as follows:unclear understanding of faculty-internationalization,inade- quate independence in faculty management,unsmooth channel for international interactions and insufficient re- sources available.Hence,superior authorities should give universities enough freedom in faculty management; universities should,upgrade ideas and concepts,establish flexible talent-introduction policies,intensify talent cultivation and introduction,widen international channels for interaction and cultivation,and innovate mecha- nism and optimize campus environment.
