摘要
食品专业是一门多学科交叉的专业,随着科技与社会进步,对食品专业人才培养也提出新的要求。目前食品专业的英语教学存在很多问题,因此英语课程教学改革迫在眉睫。本文就食品专业课程教学在教学目标、教学内容和教学方法方面提出了新的模式。
The food specialty is the one nology and globalization, new requirements which is greatly muhidisciplinary . With the acceleration ot tech- for food professionals have been proposed. However, many problems are still existing in food specialized English teaching courses. Therefore, Reforming the food specialized English teaching courses is a matter of extreme urgency. This paper focuses on food specialized English teaching in terms of teaching objectives, teaching content and teaching methods and puts forward certain new models.
