摘要
目的探讨胃神经鞘瘤的多层螺旋CT征象及其鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析9例经手术及病理证实的胃神经鞘瘤的CT表现,包括发生部位,大小,形态,强化特点及有无坏死、钙化及溃疡等。结果发生在胃体6例,胃底2例,胃窦部1例。CT表现主要为胃壁粘膜下圆形或类圆形的肿块,密度均匀。6例增强后呈轻中度均匀强化,2例明显均匀强化。1例仅平扫,可见弧形钙化。2例发生被覆粘膜及肿块溃疡。所有肿块无明显液化坏死及出血。结论多层螺旋CT能准确地显示肿瘤形态、部位、内部结构及与邻近结构的关系,对部分病例可作出提示性诊断,为临床制定手术方式及术后随访观察起到重要作用。
Objective To explore the multislice CT manifestations of gastric schwannoma and its diagnostic value.Methods 9cases of gastric schwannoma,confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.9cases were performed preoperative CT scan and double phase enhancement scanning.Results Of those 9cases,6cases occurred in gastric body,2cases in the bottom of the stomach,and 1case in the antrum of stomach.The major CT manifestations were the round or class round mass under the mucous membrane of the stomach,which was shown homogeneously mild-to-moderate enhancement,without obvious liquefaction necrosis.Conclusion Multislice CT can accurately show the tumor shape,location,internal structure and the relationship with the adjacent structures,make indictive diagnosis for some cases,which plays an important role in clinical surgical procedure and postoperative follow-up observation.
