摘要
目的研究胃神经鞘瘤的多层螺旋CT表现及其诊断价值,提高对该病的认识及诊断水平。方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的胃神经鞘瘤的资料,分析其多层螺旋CT表现。结果胃壁起源的圆形、椭圆形肿块,边界清晰,3例质地均匀,2例可见内部囊变区,CT增强扫描呈持续渐进性强化,囊变区不强化。结论胃神经鞘瘤螺旋CT表现有一定特征,对部分病例可做出提示性诊断,有助于临床诊断及治疗。
Objective To discuss the value and characters of multi-slices CT in the diagnosis of gastric schwannoma （GS）, and to improve the recognition and diagnostic ability of the disease. Methods Multi-slices CT appearance of five patients with AF proved by pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results The tumors from gastric wall with clear edge were round or oval. Among the 5 tumor cases of GS, 3 cases were uniform texture, 2 cases had part of cystic change area. Enhanced CT scans revealed that the most part of tumors had increasingly enhancement, but the cystic change area had not enhancement. Conclusion Multi-slices CT characteristics of GS could be assessed, multi-slices CT could make suggestive diagnosis for GS, so it is helpful in the clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance.
