摘要
本文用103型气相层析仪,经改装后作毛细管气相色谱,用国产SE-30玻璃毛细管柱,以正十三烷为内标,分离测定了合成冰片及几种含冰片中成药中龙脑和异龙脑的含量。本法样品处理简便,所测中成药处方中共存组分无干扰。龙脑检测限为5.28×10^(-10)克/秒。异龙脑检测限为6.11×10^(-10)克/秒,龙脑与异龙脑的平均回收率分别为101.0±0.65%和100.3±0.65%。
Borneol (Ⅰ) and isoborn-eol (Ⅱ) in Bingpian and several Chinesepatent medicines with tridecane as internalstandard were determined, using 103 modelgas chromatography (Shanghai Fenxi YiqiChang) was equipped with a 35m×0.25mm i. d. glass capillary colunm coatedwith SE-30 (Tienjing Huaxue Shiji Erch-ang) and FID detector. The oven, injectorport, and detector temperatures are 146,210, and 180℃, respectively. Nitrogen,hydrogen, and air flow rates are 35, 65,and 550 ml/min, respectively. The sample and internal standard wereextracted with EtOAc, Vortexed for 10min, and centrifuged (3, 000 rpm). Then1 ul of the upper organic phase was inje-cted into the gas chromatography. The detediOn ltals of 1 and 11 are 5.28×10^(-10), 6.11×10^(-10)g/sec, and with re-coveries of 101.0±0.65, 100.3±0.65%,respectively. This method is simple, rapidand accurate. The results are not interferedby the other ingredients of drugs.
