摘要
目的建立测定利咽饮口服液中薄荷脑含量的气相色谱方法。方法 采用DB-FFAP毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),柱温160℃,进样口温度200℃,检测器温度200℃,氮气为载气,FID检测器。结果在该色谱条件下,样品中的薄荷脑和其他成分无干扰,薄荷脑进样量在0.02~0.3μg与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均加样回收率为98.4,RSD=1.8%(n=5)。结论本方法准确,简便,可用于利咽饮口服液中薄荷脑含量的质量控制。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of menthol in Liyanyin Koufuye. Methods The DPrFFAP capillary column (30 m×0. 32 mm, 0.25 μm) was used, the column temperature was 160 ℃, the detector was FID, the injector temperature was 200℃, and the detector temperature was 200 ℃. Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas. Results In chromatographic conditions, menthol and other components had to interference, and menthol had a good linearity at 0.02-0.3 μg (r=0. 999 6). The average recovery was 98. 4%, with RSD=1. 8% (n = 5). Conclusion This method is accurate and simple, which can be used for the quality control of Liyanyin Koufuye.
