摘要
过敏性紫癜是儿童时期常见疾病,目前发病机制尚存在争议,但近年来研究认为免疫系统功能低下是主要发病机制,白介素8是强效的中性粒细胞趋化因子,在免疫反应期起着重要作用,参与炎症反应及组织损伤,本文就IL-8与过敏性紫癜的关系作一综述。
Henoch-Schonlein purpura （ HSP ） is a common childhood disease , the pathogenesis is still controversial , but in recent years , many research suggests that the immune system function is the main pathogenesis , interleukin 8 （ IL-8） is the potent chemotactic agents for neutrophils , it plays an important role in immune response , and participate in inflammation and tissue damage .And in this paper , we are to give a review on the IL-8 and the relationship between Henoch -Schonlein purpura .
