摘要
目的观察基于“荥输治外经”理论结合颈三针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将72例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用基于“荥输治外经”理论取穴结合颈三针针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)、田中靖久症状量表评分,检测血清学指标超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)及白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗2周后VAS、NDI评分均降低,颈椎病症状评分增加,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与观察组相比,治疗组VAS、NDI评分降低更明显,颈椎病症状评分增加更明显(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗2周后hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8等血清学指标均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与观察组相比,治疗组hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8等血清学指标降低更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“荥输治外经”理论取穴结合颈三针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效较常规取穴更显著,能够调控hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8的表达而减轻炎症反应,对于神经根型颈椎病有不错的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of“Xing-Shu acupoints teating exterior diseases of meridians”combined with cervical three needles on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Seventy-two patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupoint selection combined with cervical acupuncture based on the theory of“Xing-Shu acupoints teating exterior diseases of meridians”.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),n eck disability Index(NDI)and Tanaka Yasuhisa syndrome scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the levels of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)were detected.Results Compared with those before treatment,the scores of VAS and NDI decreased and the symptom scores of cervical spondylosis increased in the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Compared with those of the control group,the scores of VAS and NDI in the observation group decreased more significantly,and the symptom scores of cervical spondylosis increased more significantly in the observation group.Compared with those before treatment,the serological indexes such as hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups decreased significantly after 2 weeks of treatment.Compared with those of the observation group,the serological indexes such as hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint selection combined with cervical three needles is more effective than routine acupoint selection in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can regulate the expressions of hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-8 and reduce the inflammatory reaction.It has a good clinical effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
