摘要
选取多种碱、溶剂及表面活性剂进行了单因素去污率测试,筛选出复配成分.通过正交试验调整复配比,得出厨房去重油剂配方组成为质量分数为3％三乙醇胺、质量分数为4％～6％二乙二醇丁醚、质量分数为1％ AE09,其余为螯合剂、缓蚀剂、微量成分及水.
Ingredients of surfactant, solvent and alkali were screened from the results of single-factor cleanlng efficacy experiments. The optimal formula was recommended based on the orthogonal experiments： 3% triethanolamine, 4%-6% diethylene glycol butyl ether, 1% AEO9, chelating agent, corrosion inhibitor, other minor ingredients and water.
