摘要
厨房清洗剂主要由表面活性剂LAS（Z％-5％）、AES（2％-4％）、AEO（4％-6％）及洗涤助剂三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠等，按照一定加料顺序配制而成。清洗污垢去除率可达97％以上，腐蚀率几乎为零。
The kitchen cleaning agent is mainly made up of surface active agent LAS（2% - 5% ） ,AES （2% - 4% ）, AEO（4% - 6% ）, the wash assistant triethanolamine ,the sodium benzoate and so on. It was prepared according to the feeding order configuration. The dirt elimination rate of cleaning agent may be above 97% and the rate of corrosion is nearly zero.
