摘要
通过水提酸解法分离提取得到金耳多糖酸降解产物,采用称重法检测降解产物的吸水性及保水性;利用细胞免疫荧光法检测金耳多糖降解产物对角质细胞保湿相关蛋白表达的影响。研究结果表明,金耳多糖降解产物的吸水率和保水率分别达25.8%及73.6%,金耳多糖降解产物在终质量浓度为0.02 g·L-1时可以促进表皮角质细胞水通道蛋白AQP3、紧密连接蛋白Claudin-1的表达。
Acidolysis products of polysaccharide were extracted from TremeUa aurantialba by water extraction and acidolysis. Water absorption and water retention of the products of polysaccharide were tested by weight. Furthermore, the effects of the acidolysis product on expression of moisturizing related proteins in HaCaT cell were detected with immunofluorescence. The results showed that water absorption and water retention of acidolysis product were 25.8% and 73.6%, respectively.Acidolysis product in 0.02 g" L-1 could promote the expressions of the aquaglyceroporin AQP3 and the tight junctions protein Claudin-1.
