摘要
采用小鼠跳台试验,对灵芝、天麻等物质复配后的4个样品的辅助改善记忆功能进行研究。将小鼠随机分为11组,包括空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组和8个受试组,给样15d后,进行小鼠跳台试验,对结果进行记录和统计分析。结果表明实验模型可行,与模型组相比,2号样、4号样及低剂量3号样短期内具有一定的辅助改善记忆功能。
The function of complex products to improve the memory of mice was evaluated by step-down test. The mice were randomly divided into eleven groups, including one blank control group, one positive control group, one model group and eight experimental groups. After feeding fifteen days, step-down test was done. The result showed that the experimental model group was feasible.
