Disposal Experience of Scientific and Technological Achievements in American National Research Institutions and Enlightenment to China

摘要美国国立科研机构担负着美国科技创新与发展这项重大任务,现行规定的科技成果处置权有利于加速技术转移与商业化进程。通过对ARS、NIH等10所美国国立科研机构成果处置经验进行研究,总结了科技成果处置权的两种归属模式,说明了处置权范围及处置方式,分析了处置成效,以此提出对中国的几点启示。 The national research institutions undertake the major task of science and technology innovation and development in the Unit-ed States.It is existing provisions of disposal right that accelerates transformation of technology and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.By studying disposal experience of scientific and technological achievements in American national research institutions represented by ARS, NIH and other 10 national research institutions, the paper summarizes two kinds of ownership pattern of disposition of scientific and technological achievements, then illustrates the disposition scope and manner of disposal, analyzes the disposal effect, in order to propose some enlightenment to China.
