摘要
科技成果是基于科学方法的智力劳动成果,具有特定的创造性和社会关联性。科技产权作为科技活动智力成果的财产权利,具备多方面的理论依据与合理性,有其特定本质属性的内涵与外延。科技产权还具有重要社会功能属性,它反映科技与经济的互动,体现科技经济体制的变革,关联物质、精神、制度三种文明。
The results of science and technology activites, wich come from intelligence activites by scientific method, has a certain creativeness and social relationship. There is a sufficient reason for scientific-technological property, and it＇s essentiality is specially. Moreover, scientific-technological property has great social functions.
