摘要
提出了基于标准化合约的可中断负荷期权,利用期权工具实现可中断负荷交易。利用标准化合约实现可中断负荷期权实时连续交易,扩大了可中断负荷期权的用户参与范围,能够充分调动用户参与交易的积极性,为用户提供了灵活的用电管理工具。可中断负荷期权为电网公司提供了便捷的控制负荷工具,有利于提高负荷侧管理水平和电网安全稳定运行。
This paper presents interruptible load options based on standardized contracts , using options tools to achieve interruptible loadtrading. Interruptible load options using standardized contracts to achieve a real- time continuous trading, expanding the interruptible load option of user participation, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of users to participate in the transaction, to provide users with a flexible power management tools. Interruptible load option provides a convenient tool to control loadsfor the Power Grid Corporation, helping improve the load-side management and grid security and stability.
