摘要
采用基于调节过程的方法计算AGC机组调节量,能够量化AGC机组调节量。综合考虑现有AGC容量、电量补偿以及AGC机组调节量补偿,得到改进AGC辅助服务补偿方法。改进的AGC补偿机制能够充分反映机组参与调节的附加成本,有利于提高电厂参与AGC调节的积极性,有利于电网保证电能质量和安全稳定运行。
Based on amount of adjustment method for AGC units in the process of adjustment, to quantify adjustment of AGC units. Considering the existing AGC capacity, power compensation and adjustment compensation of AGC units, improved compensation method for AGC ancillary service. Improving the compensation system of the AGC can fully reflect the additional cost of units in-volved in the regulation, help to raise the enthusiasm of participating in AGC control in power plant, improvegrid power quality and the safe and stable operation.
