摘要
现代技术风险日益为社会所关注,成为管理学、社会学和哲学等众多学科的研究主题,它的产生和发展源于人们对风险的控制逻辑。风险控制包含一套成功的经验技能、技艺和实用性的知识。这套成功经验和知识的演变,带来了技术的创造和发明。技术创造和发明把风险管控推上新的台阶和层次,与此同时又产生技术风险。风险控制与技术对风险控制辩证的建构,形成一个悖论式的自反生长结构,催生现代技术风险,造成风险丛生的现代社会。
The risk of modern technologies is concerned increasingly with in society and has become a key research top-ic of management science,sociology,philosophy and other subjects.Its source and development results from our con-trol logic on risk.Risk control contains a set of successful skills,techniques and practical knowledge,whose evolution has boosted the creation and invention in technology.The creation and invention in technology promotes risk manage-ment to higher step and hierarchy and at the same time brings about technological risk.The dialectical construction of risk control and risk control from technology forms paradoxically a reflexive growth structure,producing modern technology risk as well as causing a modern society with rich risk.
