摘要
科技高速发展引起的价值断裂以及对自然控制的不确定性,使基于科技高速发展的现代社会成为高风险的社会。科技风险的特点决定了规避科技风险必须重视科技专家的伦理责任,注重吸收责任伦理和交谈伦理的思想资源。
The discontinuities of values arising from the advance of science and technology at high speed and the uncertainty of the controls on the nature make today＇s society a high risk society. According to the characters of the risks of science and technology, to evade this kind of risk needs to think about the ethic responsibilities of scientists and technicians and to make use of the ideas of Responsibility Ethic and Negotiation Ethics.
