摘要
目的支气管哮喘患儿发作期及缓解期外周血淋巴细胞CD19+CD23+表达及血清总Ig E水平变化及临床意义。方法选择50例哮喘急性发作期(哮喘发作组)和40例哮喘缓解期(哮喘缓解组)患者为研究对象,选择25例健康儿童(体检)为对照组,采用流式细胞分析技术及免疫发光法检测外周血淋巴细胞CD19+CD23+表达率、血清总血清总lg E水平,分析和对比三组血清的外周血淋巴细胞CD19+CD23+表达及血清总Ig E水平的差异及与病情严重程度之间的关系。结果哮喘发作组外周血淋巴细胞CD19+CD23+水平分别高于哮喘缓解组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);哮喘发作期血清总Ig E水平分别高于哮喘缓解组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD19+CD23+B细胞与总Ig E水平呈正相关,(r=0.3,P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿外周血淋巴细胞CD19+CD23+B细胞升高,并随病情加重而升高。通过检测外周血淋巴细胞CD19+CD23+B细胞阳性表达率联合血清总Ig E水平变化有利于哮喘病情的评估。
Objective：To analyze the the expression of CD19＋CD23＋ and the level of Ig E in the acute stage and remission stage of asthma and to investigate their clinical significance. Methods：A total of children including 50 cases of the acute stage,40 cases of the remission stage of asthma and 25 cases of the control group were enrolled. The level of CD19＋ CD23＋ and Ig E was deteced by flow cytometry and fluorescence method and compared in the three groups. The relationship between CD19＋CD23＋expression、Ig E levels and parameters of disease severity were examined. Results：1. The level of CD19＋CD23＋ was higher in the acute stage than that in the remission stage and the control group.There was significant differences.2. The level of Ig E was higher in the acute stage than that in the remission stage and the control group.There was significant differences.3.There was positive correlation between the level of CD19＋CD23＋ and Ig E. Conclusion：The level was elevated in CD19＋CD23＋ of asthma and correlated with clinical severity. The level of CD19＋CD23＋ and Ig E can be used as an auxiliary means to evaluate the severity of asthma.
