新生儿败血症血清IL-6和前降钙素原变化的研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的　探讨白细胞介素 6(IL 6)及前降钙素原 (PCT)与新生儿败血症的关系。方法　应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法及双抗体夹心免疫发光法分别测定 3 0例败血症新生儿急性期及恢复期血清IL 6和PCT含量。结果　IL 6和PCT水平在新生儿败血症组显著高于正常对照组 ,急性期显著高于恢复期。结论　IL 6和PCT在新生儿败血症发病机制中起重要作用 ,对早期诊断及判断预后有重要意义。
