摘要 火焰传感器是火灾防范系统的重要组成部分,其安全可靠和质量优劣直接影响工作场所的安全性。为了有效监测火焰,降低火焰传感器的误报率,对火焰检测的紫外敏感器件和红外敏感器件的工作原理进行了研究,提出了一种基于紫红外线复合检测原理的火焰传感器,并给出了设计方案和工作流程。该红外与紫外复合的火焰检测传感器较采用单一检测原理的火焰传感器更具有准确性、可靠性和稳定性,还具有高灵敏度、反应快、抗干扰强等特点。 Flame sensor is an indispensible part of the fire prevention system, its reliability and quality directly influence the safety of the work site. In order to monitor flames effectively,and meanwhile reduce the false alarm rate,the theory of UV ( ultraviolet ray)flame detective sensors and IR (infrared) flame detective sensors was studied and an new flame sensor based on the multiply detective principle of UV and infra rays were put forward, including its design scheme and working process. Compared with the original flame sensor based on the single detective principle, the new flame sensor based on the UV and IR composite detective principle is more accurate,reliable and stable. Besides the new flame sensor possess the characteristics of high-sensitivity, quick-response and interference-flee etc..
