摘要
以铜、铁、锰的氧化物和Co(NO3)2.6H2O为原料,在1150℃的温度下采用固态反应法,制备了尖晶石结构为主相的氧化物材料,研究了处理温度、厚度、配比、颗粒度等对红外发射率的影响.材料的高温红外发射率可能归因于氧化物材料的尖晶石结构.
Main-phase spinel oxides have been prepared by solid reaction method at 1 150 using Cu, Fe, Mn oxides and Co(NO_3)_26H_2O as raw materials. Dependence of infrared emissivity with processing temperature, thickness, mixing ratio, grain size etc has been studied. The high infrared emissivity is attributed to the spinel structure of oxide materials.
