清单式教学在神经重症病房护生教学中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨清单式教学在神经重症病房(NICU)护生教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年3~12月在本院NICU进行临床护理实习的80例护生,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用传统经验式带教,实验组采用清单式教学模式进行带教,比较两组护生的综合表现。结果 实验组的成绩优秀率、对带教工作满意率均高于对照组,护理缺陷发生率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 NICU护生实习带教工作中应用清单式方法 进行教学,对提升护生实习效果有积极的作用,优于传统教学方法,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of list-format eduction in the teaching of student nurses in neurological intensive care unit (NICU). Methods 80 clinical nursing interns in NICU of our hospital from March to December 2014 were selected and evenly divided into experiment group and control group in random,with 40 cases in each group.Traditional empirical teaching was applied in the control group,and list-format education mode was applied in the experiment group.Comprehensive performance was compared between the two groups. Results Results excellence rate and satisfaction rate towards teaching in the experiment group were higher than those of control group,the incidence rate of nursing defect in the experiment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion List-format education is applied to the teaching of student nurses in NICU,to improve nursing students internship effect have positive effect,and is better than traditional education method.It is worth popularization and application.
