摘要
探讨系统化培训模式对连续性肾脏替代治疗护士(CRRT)的培训效果。应用规范化的培训模式对CRRT护士实施培训后,提高了CRRT护士理论知识、操作技能及专科胜任能力等。此模式实用、有效,对推动CRRT护理技术发展具有一定的作用。
The paper aimed to study the training effect of systematic training pattern of nurses on continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT）. After application of standardized training module on CRRT nurses, the theoretical knowledge, operational skills and specialist competencies of CRRT nurses had improved. This pattern was practical and effective in promoting the development of CRRT nursing skills.
