摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法选择我院2011年3月~2014年3月收治的糖尿病肾病合并高血压的患者150例作为本次的研究对象,随机分为3组,每组50例,根据给药情况分别为厄贝沙坦组(A组)、氨氯地平组(B组)、厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平组(C组)。治疗10周后对3组患者的血压、尿β_2-微球蛋白、24 h尿白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白定量进行比较。结果治疗后,3组患者的血压均下降至正常水平,C组血压显著低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组患者的尿液检查相关指标亦显著降低,与A组和B组比较,C组的24 h尿白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量和尿β_2-微球蛋白等均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单独用药比较,厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病肾病疗效更加显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of irbesartan combined amlodipine for the treatment of hypertension and diabetic nephropathy. Methods 150 patients with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension received in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were randomly divided into irbesartan group（group A）,amlodipine group（group B）,irbesartan and amlodipine group （group C） according to its administration circumstances,with 50 patients in each group.Blood pressure,urine 13^-microglobulin,24 h urine albumin and 24 h urinary protein excretion were observed and compared after 10 weeks of treatment. Results The blood pressure in patients among three groups was dropped to nor- mal after treatment respectively,but the one in group C was significantly lower than group A and group B （P〈O.05）;The urine tests related indicators of patients among three groups was also significantly reduced respectively after treatment, but 24 h urine albumin,24 h urinary protein excretion and urine 132-microglobulin etc in group A was significantly lower than group A and group B respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Irbesartan combined amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension and diabetic nephropathy has significant efficacy compared to single drug,which is worthy of promotion.
