摘要
目的 观察2型糖尿病合并高血压采用厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2014年6~12月我院收治的120例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者为本次研究对象,将其随机分为观察组（60例）与对照组（60例）,两组患者均给予常规治疗,在常规治疗基础上,观察组患者给予厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联合治疗,对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为68.3%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前,两组患者糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹血糖（FBG）比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,观察组HbA1c、FBG均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者均未出现需中断治疗的严重不良反应。结论 厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平联合治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压患者临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying irbesartan and amlodipine to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods From June to December 2014,120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.Regular treatment was provided between two groups.On the basis of the conventional treatment, combination of irbesartan and amlodipine in observation group was adopted,while in control group,only amlodipine was used.The clinical therapeutic effect between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90.0%,while in control group,the rate was 68.3%.The rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group,with a statistical difference （P〈0.O5）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） between two groups.After therapy,SBP and DBP in observation group was superior to that in control group respectively,with statistical differences （P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no sta- tistical difference in glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） or fasting blood glucose （FBG） between two groups（P〉0.05）.After therapy,HbAlc and FBG in observation group was both lower in comparison with that in control group respectively,with statistical differences （P〈O.OS）.There was no severe adverse reaction occurred which discontinued therapy between two groups. Conclusion Application of irbesartan and amlodipine to treat patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension can obtain a remarkable clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
