摘要
以硅砂、碳酸钾和膨润土为原料采用热捣固法制备了水溶性型芯,考察了膨润土加入量对K2CO3水溶性型芯性能的影响。结果表明,膨润土能显著增强型芯强度,略微降低相对吸湿量,但提高了型芯的发气量,而对水溶溃散时间没有明显的影响。此外,对型芯的微观结构及断口形貌进行了SEM观察与分析,探讨了膨润土改善水溶性型芯性能的机理。
The water-soluble core was prepared with quartz sand, potassium carbonate and bentonite by hot-tamping method. Effects of bentonite addition on properties of the water-soluble core were investigated. The results show that bentonite can enhance obviously the tensile strength of the core and reduce slightly the relative amount of moisture absorption as well as increasing the gas evolution, however, effects on the water soluble time can be ignored. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the core were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the mechanism of bentonite improving properties of the water-soluble core was discussed.
