摘要
针对磷酸盐粘结剂自硬砂用粉状氧化镁固化剂存在的问题,开发了一种应用方便,性能稳定的悬浮液固化剂。结果表明,使用有机溶剂为载体,氧化镁为分散质以及添加悬浮剂和稳定剂的悬浮液形式,液态固化剂具有悬浮率高、存放稳定性好、不板结的优良性能。
Aiming at problems in powder magnesium oxide curing agent for the phosphate binder bonded sand,a suspension curing agent with convenient and stable in application was developed.The results show that the suspension curing agent exhibits desirable performance in high suspension rate,storage stability and no-hardening for itself by adopting organic solvent as the carrier for the dispersion of magnesia and addition of suspension and stabilizer.
