摘要
本文报导了一种可用于铸铁件生产的刚玉基水溶性型芯的研究成果。较详细地介绍了应用差热分析 ,电镜分析等近代测试手段 ,探讨制芯材料在烘干时的硬化过程 ,获得干强度的粘结机理以及水溶性机理的情况。在理论分析的基础上 ,得出了有关的结论。同时 ,还就影响型芯水溶性的主要因素 ,提出了自己的看法。
In this paper,an achievement on water soluble cores of alumina base suitable for gray iron casting is reported.By means of some advanced measure techniques,such as Differential Thermal Analysis(DTA),Sweep Electron Microscope(SEM),the mechanism of drying,core bonding and water solution of this core are approached.Based on theoretical study,concerned conalusions are reached.Meanwhile,some main factors influence on water solution are pointed out.
